To deal with this kind of soil oil pollution, the following three methods are mainly used for remediation:

(1) Physical method: excavate all the oil-contaminated soil, and then transport new soil for backfilling. The polluted farmland covers about one-third of the land. Just to excavate 35 cm of topsoil, at least about 1,000 metric tons of soil must be backfilled, and the excavation works cost money! Backfill works for money! It takes money to buy new land! Therefore, if this method is chosen for remediation, the bamboo shoots that will be planted in the next few decades can only be used to pay off the remediation costs, and I am afraid it will not be enough.

(2) Chemical method: first dig up all the soil polluted by oil, then rinse with chemical solvent, after rinsing out the oil, refill the soil, and finally cooperate with fertilization to restore soil fertility. (3) Biological method: use "oil-decomposing bacteria" to deal with the problem of soil oil pollution. Biological treatment is the remediation method that causes the least damage to the soil at present. Traditional biological remediation is to first multiply the "oil decomposing bacteria" in a fermentation factory, and then apply the multiplied bacteria to the contaminated soil. However, when using this method, It is necessary to select strains carefully and continuously monitor the functional characteristics of strains. Due to the addition of a large number of specific strains to the environment, there are academic doubts such as "impacting the ecological balance" and "strain mutation". In view of this, we further developed the "bio-culture method" to deal with the problem of soil pollution. This technology does not add microorganisms, but adds nutrients and biological enzymes that can help the growth of microorganisms.

Because there are a large number of microbial strains in the soil, one gram of soil contains at least hundreds of millions of strains, so the soil can be described as the largest storage bank of strains on the earth. In addition, there is always a wonderful relationship in nature where the antidote is hidden next to the poison. For example, "biting cat" and "auntie taro" are good examples. The same is true in the microbial world: for example, "petroleum-decomposing bacteria" are mainly derived from oil pollution.
